Backflip, checking in

Hey everybody! I figure it's about time I reintroduced myself.

My pilot name is Backflip, and I'm just a guy who enjoys playing games. This particular game I started playing sometime after 2004 when my dad thought I might like to try something new. Thankfully we had a rather old computer then so I was not bothered with the framerate bugs and other problems that occur with newer systems. I never played a huge amount, but it was a game I could always fall back to when I was tired of whatever other game I was playing at the time. Eventually the old computer crashed and we got a newer one, and with the framerate in the 500+ range it made Descent nearly unplayable.

It wasn't untill 2012 when we moved and got internet that I learned about rebirth and that people still played these games online. That's when I really started playing, and I've been playing ever since.


I'm a fairly new member of the Descent community, so I don't know most people here. But, I am very willing to change that! I can usually fly during the late afternoon hours of the week and sometimes after dark. Let me know if you want to play because i'd love to!
